THALASSA ROADMAP 2024–2030 — From Launch to Global Sea-Economy Integration

The Thalassa roadmap moves from launch and proof-of-concept to large-scale real-economy integration across travel, maritime routes, ports, marinas and blue-economy infrastructure.

Each phase is structured around three parallel tracks: technology, real-world adoption and capital formation. Together, they define how THA evolves from a new token to a recognized sea-economy crypto benchmark.

Phase 1 · Launch & Initialization (2024–2025)

  • Smart-contract deployment, verification and initial audits.
  • Core website, whitepaper and early branding for global positioning.
  • First DEX listings and liquidity pools for THA.
  • Pilot integrations with tourism partners in selected regions.
  • Early angel & strategic investor rounds.

Phase 2 · Ecosystem & Merchant Network (2025–2026)

  • Expansion of travel & hospitality partners (hotels, operators, agencies).
  • Onboarding of maritime services, ferries and port-related entities.
  • Launch of the first generation of the Thalassa Utility & Merchant Network.
  • Formation of key strategic partnerships in tourism and shipping corridors.
  • Preparation for larger exchange listings and wider distribution.

Phase 3 · AFΘ Global Super App & User Scaling (2026–2027)

  • Launch and iterative rollout of the AFΘ Global Super App.
  • In-app THA payments, loyalty and premium user tiers.
  • Deep integration of travel, experiences and Web3 functionality.
  • User-acquisition campaigns targeting travelers and merchants worldwide.
  • Enhanced UX for non-crypto-native users to access the ecosystem.

Phase 4 · Institutional Access & Blue-Economy Bridge (2027–2029)

  • Deeper liquidity and listings on major centralized exchanges (where applicable).
  • Structured products and vehicles for funds and family offices.
  • Integration with blue-economy, coastal infrastructure and energy-related projects.
  • Regional hubs in key sea corridors for ecosystem governance and expansion.

Phase 5 · Global Sea-Economy Integration (2029–2030)

  • THA recognized as a reference asset within the wider sea & travel economy.
  • Ongoing optimization of tokenomics based on real usage data and market cycles.
  • Long-term partnerships with global travel, shipping and infrastructure players.
  • Continuous refinement of technology, security and governance.

This roadmap is directional and may adapt to market conditions, regulatory frameworks and real-world partnership opportunities. Its core objective remains constant: to connect a real global economy with a transparent, on-chain asset.
